Proprietor Nola O’Malley is very excited about the new store. “Many of our customers comment on the set-up and the great atmosphere plus the large variety of bulk quality and organic products” says Nola.

Also part of the team is Manager, Dina Luciani, a well known “foodie” and former owner of the very successful Healthy Gourmet in Dorrigo who jumped at the opportunity to get back into the driver’s seat to do what she loves at Hickory Wholefoods. Dina is passionate in her search for quality products. “Most of our produce is sourced within Australia, occasionally further afield, but often unique and organic products are found locally, and that’s the most rewarding part” says Dina.

True to her Italian Heritage Dina has always grown or bought her own fresh ingredients. "We aim is to keep the prices down and the quality up by going bulk in a big way and using as much local produce as possible".
